    Negotiate Short Sale & Off-Market Acquisitions Build rapport with sellers in difficult situations. Guide them through the process. Get the deal signed.

    Present and Submit Offers Work with our team to structure competitive offers. Move quickly. Follow up relentlessly.

    Manage a High-Volume Pipeline Track 20–50+ active leads at any time. Stay organized. Follow the system. Close more.

Compensation Structure
